Our Basic Service provides routine maintenance designed to keep your e-bike or e-scooter operating smoothly and safely.

It includes the relevant Safety Check items together with further adjustment, lubrication and inspection of mechanical and electrical components where applicable to your vehicle.

This is a good option for regular preventative maintenance and everyday riders.

Our most comprehensive scheduled service.

The Deluxe Service includes the appropriate Basic Service work together with a more detailed inspection, cleaning and adjustment of your e-bike or e-scooter.

Depending on the vehicle, this can include additional drivetrain, suspension, structural and electrical inspection.

The Deluxe Service is particularly suitable for frequently used bikes and scooters, higher-mileage vehicles or riders wanting a comprehensive maintenance check.

Replacement parts and repairs outside the normal service scope are additional and will be discussed where required.
